  3. Thank you. Backed up my site last evening as I was attempting different a couple of different site library (I suppose theme?) changes on my site. Do you have a video to show how you would go about using the backup if somehow the WordPress site fell to pieces?

  10. Another great video! I have a question. I restored my website from a backup of 3 weeks ago with updraft plus. When I did it completely messed my site up. Is there anyway to reverse the back up and go back to what it looked like before? I did not have a backup stored from today. Hoping to just undo or reverse the backup I did just now.

  12. I use updraft plus to backup my websites to Dropbox. it occurred to me that they are all in one file. if I go to restore a particular website will Updraft know which of the many websites files to use ?

I am planning to take a break from my blog and I know that if I don't keep paying for hosting, my site will go away. Am I correct that I can use the zip files that Updraft loaded to my DropBox account to repopulate the site should I decide to start up the blog again?

  26. I must be missing something after 3 hours of waiting the backup hasn’t completed. 200 page blog with lots of photos? How long should it take to backup a wp blog of this size…..? Thanks much….

  27. The only deal-breaker for me is, Updraft requesting permission to see and download ALL files in my GDrive which is nonsense. Any thought pleases? It seems that they forget we have sensitive files and data.

    Does Updraft plugin allows the admin to set up back up copies automatically prior to a plugin or theme update? Just like the WPvivid video you showed.
