Now you can recover abandoned carts. Customised emails with a link to the checkout and coupon applied. Remind your customers of the items in their checkout basket. Send them a scheduled email with a link to checkout. When the checkout opens the items are automatically added to the checkout. Auto apply a coupon so the customer has an incentive to complete the purchase. Set a time limit on the coupon and create some urgency.
Schedule the email to run a few minutes, hours, and days after the cart is abandoned. You can send as many as you want. Include custom fields in the email template including the customers’ details and a table, showing the products, with images, that were in their order.
The dashboard shows the stats of carts abandoned, those recovered, and the recovery rate.
Every online shop should have this included and active.
