It provides regular drag and drop email template elements, WooCommerce elements as well as developmental tools for users to build a complete custom woocommerce email template. Drag and drop, edit, and customize the layouts and contents inside the email templates with no coding knowledge required. If you go to woocommerce, then settings, then emails. Top of the list those emails are for ‘new order’, ‘cancelled order’, and ‘failed order’. In front of these, under recipient’s column, are the email addresses for the store admin. Make sure your email address is there as store admin. Otherwise you will not receive emails from store. Click manage button to edit the email address and ’email template’. There you can change thee mail address and egular email template.
Also at ‘Emails’ tab in woocommerce settings, if you scroll down, there you can change email header and footer for the basic email template that woocommerce offers. You can change colors, text, email template header image from here. That is still basic email template if you want to edit it.
We can also get header, footer template from woocommerce plugiun and copy it in our theme to customize it. But that requires a little bit of coding.
So here is the easy way. Go to plugins, and search for ‘Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce’. Install and activate. At the top, under dashboard link, look for ’email templates’, in sidebar menu. You can ‘add new template’ or go to customize builtin ’email templates’. Go to all email templates. We need minimal work required here. Email templates have already been setup for us, that are better than regular woocommerce email templates already. Edit any template and customize its design easily.
At the left side from content panel we can drag and drop more elements.
At right side, from email type, we can change ’email type’ to make this template work for any other email type.
From right side we can preview this email template for mobile and desktop.
We can test this email template by sending a test email.
Template is drag and drop. You can change logo, text, elements, add more elements and more. You can match colors with your store theme colors. Now email template design will be way better than simple design, and according to your needs. If you disable plugin, regular woocommerce email templates restore back.
