So as a junior dev, you do not need to worry about buying PRO plugins. And do not download PRO plugins from sites out there. Those plugins are outdated and may contain malicious code that will get the site hacked. Be very very careful when you receive PRO plugin from someone. Do not download these from random sites. Do not buy these on discounts. Only get these from official site. But you will not need to buy these on your own. License is personal thing and it should be bought by client who is developing his site. In this way client is responsible to upgrade it when needed.

So in short, just learn from YouTube tutorials, learn how these plugins work and what they offer. You will get these and use these in you office or client will provide these plugins.
