Can I use both Autoptimize and Litespeed cache plugins simultaneously?

You are in luck Adam ! I have a high Litespeed hosting plan on fastcomet and my measures are worse, worse, ttfb speed with keycdn performance tool is like this; 650ms-1,0 sec page load is 2,0 seconds with 1,7 seconds blocking scripts on gtmetrix, far away to have a fast loading site.
have disabled and complete deactivated lazy loading in function php file (wordpress) no luck. And their highest plan is monthly $19,95 not cheap.
Gtmetrix shows root document (domain) takes 1,3 seconds and lazy loading is organ = med, I have complete deactivated lazy loading but it shows in gtmetrix as enabled. Have the standard theme astory . So frustrated with many webhosters today, I can not spend monthly $30 or more to get a fast loading website with fast ttfb speed.
Is there a point to use Fast CGI and Litespeed/Redis?
Could I kindly ask, the image optimization will it contradict smush and a3 lazy load? Can I keep them all or choose one?

Adam, Hostinger no longer supports memcache or redis in hosting plans. Please update the video somehow because I have lost 3 hs of my life untill I was told they no longer have those features. Thanks for the magnificent job you are doing!

Hello Guys! When I turn Litespeed cache plugin on my backend admin area (where I customize and edit the site) doesnt work anymore, when I turn if off it works immediately. You guys know what kind a adjustment I did wrong or what problem does it cause???
Memcached & Redis are no more part of shared & cloud hosting. All we have is memcache. 🙁

Hello Adam, trying to follow this video however I don't see memcached and redis under the PHP extensions in hostinger. I'm on the business plan for shared hosting. Did they change it? if so, what is the best way to do it now then?
