On Wednesday, Seth Breaux pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and video voyeurism, according to the 23rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
Officials say Breaux’s plea stems from an incident that occurred at a local business where he was accused of videoing minors while they used the restroom.
Wednesday, the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a convenience store about a man allegedly videoing minors in the restroom. Detectives obtained evidence confirming Breaux was in the restroom at the same time as one minor in particular.
After detectives executed a search warrant at Breaux’s residence, they found digital evidence linking Breaux to the filming of at least two boys and two men on the same night at the convenience store.
Breaux’s sentencing is set for June 28.
