Hi there,
I was just wondering if anybody could please provide me with some advice regarding what I believe to be a WordPress issue.
I am currently in the process of creating a website through GoDaddy & WordPress, however seem to be having some difficulty installing the theme I have purchased through a third party group.
I know it isn’t the theme that is causing the issue, as I had downloaded it previously through WordPress successfully, however due to something I had done incorrectly and a lack of updating on my behalf, I had to remove the theme and start again.
I have got the theme downloaded correctly onto my computer, and I take the following steps:
Log into WordPress > Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Upload Theme > Install Theme.
Everything has worked completely fine until attempting to install the theme, to which I just get the buffering symbol on my Microsoft Tab page, and nothing seems to change on the WordPress page, and no proof that the theme is even trying to install.
Just wondering if anybody knows what might be causing this, as I really want this issue to be rectified asap, as it delaying my continuation into building the website. Is this a WordPress issue, or is this an internet issue? Located in Australia and my provider is Telstra.
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards,
Josh.

EDIT:
I have followed the same steps as provided in my original post above, and left it to continually buffer. After what I estimate to be between 30-60 minutes of buffering, the connection has reset via my internet browser.
