If you’re not happy about the way WordPress organizes your content in the backend then this video is for you. Using the plugin I’m going to show you (it has a free and paid version) you will be able to organize into folders everything in your media library, all your posts, all your pages, all your plugins, all the users on your site, all of your Tablepress folders, all GravityForms entries and forms, all of your WooCommerce orders, products and coupons and much more.
Plus you can set 5 specific permission types for all the users roles on your site.

Once you have your WordPress backend organized, you'll want to make sure that your site is as fast as it can be. Check out this video to get started: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrzz7NY42dQ&list=PLlgSvQqMfii7LlUAIOcUSNmbgkjVrmI0_
No media library organisation in the free version is an immediate fail for me!
Super
extremely helpful. thank you very much
I would primarily have used this for my media organisation but the free version only does files – need to follow the upsell to get any real benefit.
Is there an off-site blog article post editor that can upload and publish directly into the organization of wicked folders such that if I wanted to say delete a post or update a post that the requisite changes of that specific post that the associate content is updated or deleted? What I want is to be able to edit off-line and post new or update existing posts which contain both text as well as imbedded images and the other parts of the post content (featured image, title, subtitle, abstract, etc)
Nice – seems to work very smooth. But: 45 bucks EVERY year just for folder organiziation in the backend is way too much. 👎You can buy a complete page builder like elementor pro for this money! 😳
Italia 90 👍
Great plugin. I upgrade to pro or freelance/developer/agency for most of my plugins. However, $149/yr is a lot of money for a small developer. They seriously need a “freelance/dev” plan for $79 – $99. I’ve paid $149 for several utility plugins for unlimited/lifetime. While this is a very handy plugin, comparing it to others I’ve paid for! I just can’t justify the $149.
Thanks for the lead Bjorn! I'm that guy running 45 active plugins and may well have the most Asset Cleanup Pro conditional rules set than anyone in history! The free version of Wicked is exactly what I needed!
Thank you for this review, I'll try this one.
Wicked Cool!
Can I connect it to a Dropbox or Google drive…
But Can I import and export
