The Jetpack plugin for WordPress is a bit of a controversial plugin. It has a lot of functionality a lot of which is not necessary. That being said I have been using Jetpack for years and it is only getting better, in this video, I cover everything the plugin has to offer in its free version. Including, what you should use and what you shouldn't use.

Hi, I wanted to understand how to use Jetpack for optimizing my site images. Like all the images on the website comes from Jetpack server.
For more than a decade now I've thought of Jetpack as sort of a Jack of All Trades and Master of None. 80% of what's included, as you say, either can cause problems, or some better option (i.e., Wordfence). Th Gallery is decent, but everything just so dated. You would think built by Automattic it would be cutting edge and 'WOW' but I find the opposite, sort of a garbage bucket of plugins, some very good for the original purpose of WP, blogging. Just my 2 cents.

I use this plugin too on cloudways but its conflicting with redis object plugin that you discussed in other video. Jetpack just broke when you activate redis
Hey, thanks for a great video. I am rebuilding a cooking channel/website. I was looking to use Jetpack Premium to do subscription videos for premium content and host the video on their servers as they recommend.
