After I created the pop-up form, I set it to "appear upon closing" or whatever. It only appeared once, no matter how many times I go back to it, it won't appear again. Why is that?

How can I change the link at the very bottom of my emails in the 'update subscription preferences' in the obliged section of the mailing.
