tried everything but my Woocommerce store wont connect to Printful

Hello! Thank you for this tutorial. I have set up my shop, got everything looking good in the settings, but for some reason when one adds an item to a cart then clicks on "view cart" it says the cart is empty. I've set up the woocommerce advance settings to go to the appropriate pages, and have double checked the shortcodes. When I "preview" the pages from my dashboard admin, all looks good. But when I view in incognito, or have a family member try, their added items do not show, they get an empty cart page. Any idea what I'm missing here? Thank you so much.
