In this video, I’ll teach you how to integrate a Mailchimp signup form on your WordPress website, so that your website visitors can fill out the form and be subscribed to your mailing list on Mailchimp. In order to setup this integration, you need to have a Mailchimp account (free version) and be an administrator in your WordPress website.
We will learn about the Mailchimp plugin called MC4WP – you can view more details about this plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
This plugin allows you to embed a Mailchimp form on your site, and has many features that can be customized to your liking to fit the theme of your site.
If you don’t have a Mailchimp account, you can sign up here: http://eepurl.com/g5AEtP
If you don’t have a WordPress website, you can create one here through Bluehost for a low monthly fee: https://bit.ly/2XRcPRn

how to add a number of MailChimp subscribers to your page?
Hey! Nice vid! I have to make it bilingual and there is a way with variables but i don't really have found the correct way to make it. Does anyone have a clue? I need to change the placeholders language
Thanks for giving a to-the-point and precise instructional video.
Great Explanation! Thank u for this one.
great video:) but when I try to sign up for my newsletter it says: oops, something went wrong
How do users Unsubscribe themselves?
is there a MC4WP form for this also?
Cheers!
Thank you for this video. It was super helpful. I'm trying to figure out how to get MailChimp to send blog posts from my WordPress site to my audience list in MailChimp. Do you have a video for that? It's pulling from my site, but only the title of the blog post, not the actual images and content.
Erase the word "BEGINNERS" you didn't make for beginners.
Hi, thanks for the video. 2 questions…. will they be alerted when a new blog post is created, and 2nd, do they need to click to confirm? Can you bypass that so they just receive the emails? If you get many users who don’t confirm, they will never get emails. Thanks
Hi, how is the difference if you just create the signup form in mailchimp directly and then embed the html code into wordpress?
Well done! Smooth and clean, but easy to follow. Keep going ;).
Thank you!!
How do I get an alert to my email when someone signs up for my newsletter.
Hi, nice video. I followed all the steps you gave but when I tried to sign up, I did not receive a message saying I successfully signed up. Nor did I get any info on my mail.
Where could I have gone wrong?
hi any idea how to disable double opt-in? i tried to disable it via settings on mailchimp list, it's already unchecked. but i still get email confirmation and recaptcha on my inbox
hello! i had a question. In my forms tab there is nothing showing up in the preview. Like just the code on the left and nothing on the right. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried troubleshooting with no luck…
You have just saved my sanity with this video! Question…my site is still in "coming soon" status (not yet active). Is this the reason that I can't see new subscriber in MailChimp?
Hey where is the message field?
so helpful!!! thank you
This is fantastic- Thank you, John! I was going about it wrong in Mailchimp, trying to connect the domain via a Cname code(?) insead of using the API key. Thank you for making this setup so easy!
Is it possible to make multiple MailChimp forms for different businesses off of just one WordPress domain?
Simple and clear. Thanks. Would recommend adding the step where you create the mailchimp account too. 🙂 Subscribed.
Thank you so much!! I followed exactly what you said..side by side when you were speaking, I would pause and then do exactly what you mentioned. It was perfect. Thank you again!!
